Welcome to Fish, chips & gelato, a recipe and photography blog. Simple, flavoursome and straightforward recipes focused on (mostly) seasonal ingredients. Roberta is the author, cook, photographer and dishwasher, all the way from the North East (of Italy) to the Nort West (of England). She doesn’t like: sardines, cupcakes and over-the-top fondants and icings. She likes: ricotta, leftovers, lemons and colourful food. She didn’t used to like, but is coming round to the idea: fresh coriander, mint and mushrooms.
